Automated Solar Panel Assembly Line

The Automated Solar Panel Assembly line (APA) is a customized design to assemble Thin Film Amorphous Silicon solar modules into a 3x4 array solar panel. The Assembly Line is able to assemble one Solar Panel every 4 minutes. The System is designed to be modular, flexible and easily transportable. All modules have a common design with customized processes like taping, adhesive dispensing, cleaning, welding, etc. New processes can be inserted and removed depending on product specifcations making it extremely flexible. The complete line (30 metres long!) can be dis-assembled, moved to a new site and assembled within 3-5 days!
